So you have decided to sell your dress. Great! Here are the guidelines to sell your dress with us.

We accept wedding gowns and bridal-related items on a case-by-case basis. All items must be dry clean, in excellent condition, and free from damage at the time of drop-off. Acceptance of items is at the sole discretion of Tilly Bella Bridal. Dress must be no later than 5 yrs old and purchased at $3000 and over. Vintage dresses are accepted up to 1980. Some 1980-1999 will be considered. No Y2k. 

Pricing is determined by Tilly Bella Bridal based on condition, designer, market demand, and resale value. Prices may be adjusted or reduced over time to help facilitate a sale. Consignors will be notified of price changes and agreed uponwhen applicable.

Items are consigned for an agreed-upon period. If an item does not sell during this time, the consignor is responsible for picking it up by the specified deadline. Items not picked up by the deadline may become property of Tilly Bella Bridal or be donated at our discretion.

Payment is issued after the item has sold and the transaction is complete. Payouts are made according to the agreed commission split. No payment is due for items that do not sell.

Tilly Bella Bridal will take reasonable care of all consigned items. However, we are not responsible for loss, theft, fire, water damage, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Consignors are encouraged to maintain personal insurance if desired.

Any alterations or cleaning required to prepare an item for sale will only be performed with consignor approval. Approved costs may be deducted from the final payout.

If a consignor wishes to withdraw an item before the end of the consignment period, written notice is required. Early withdrawal fees may apply.

All consigned item sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered.

By consigning items, the consignor confirms they are the legal owner and have the right to sell the item. These terms constitute the full agreement between the consignor and Tilly Bella Bridal.

All dresses will be dropped off at Tilly Bella or shipped to Tilly Bella at owners expense.
